Agreement Between User and MyEvents.com (assets now owned by Collabrio Corporation)
This Web site ("MyEvents.com") is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use.

MEMBER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT MEMBER'S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT MEMBER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO MEMBER'S COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA. MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE. Personal and Noncommercial Use Limitation
MyEvents.com is for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from MyEvents.com.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to MyEvents.com that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.
